Knock Knock Studio

Knock Knock Studio sits quietly among the trees on a small island in British Columbia. The studio is the result of creative and talented builders, and a collective vision to honour the resources and beauty of the land on which it sits. It is the perfect space to reflect and create. Inside the studio you’ll find Liz reimagining the world around her with paint and canvas.

Equally inspired by her stunning surroundings, fond memories of her roots in northern BC and the people that move within these spaces, Liz’s work speaks to the light and darkness of both. You’ll find elements of the rugged northern BC landscape neatly inserted into many southern coastal vistas, creating a new scene for the observer to imagine and explore. A curious person and introspective person, when not working on landscapes Liz’s work will attempt to convey the challenges and triumphs of the people and society she observes.
